Feeling Sad

We want to explore each and everything in this one single life. Every living wanting to live a happy life. But when hurdle tries to stop that happy life, we suppress ourselves with negative thoughts.  
Sometimes when a problem attacks us in all directions, we are unable to make decisions. It seems like everything is against us. We surrender ourselves to negativity. Every minute, we forced to think like we are in a helpless situation. This creates anger and that will not allow us to take correct decisions. When every day it repeats then it makes us so weak. This is the state called depression.

One thing we must understand that not even us remain permanent in this world then how can we expect our problems, pains, and worries will be. Time has the power to heel everything. 
We cannot undo the sad moments that happened, but we have the opportunity to create happy moments. When these happy moments increase then automatically we will forget sad moments. Only we can do this. The power of positivism can inspire us to move from zero to positive digits. But sometimes it is OK to be zero but not go below that. Practice an optimistic approach because one or the other way, everything surrounds you is for you and you are for that surrounding.  Your joy is experienced by your surroundings and surroundings sadness can affect you as well. So be the reason of joy for which you connected. Every person will go through sad moments but only wise will come out of them very fast, that’s the difference.

 Just like unwanted food increases our body weight, which makes us unable to stand on our own feet. Unwanted thoughts also do the same. It captures our strength. 

Even people with one leg climbed the mountain. If they want, they can live the rest of their life on wheelchairs but what made them do that. Actually, they are not climbing on the mountain, but they are climbing on the silly reasons which are stopping them from doing this. It is not a matter of how strong your muscles are, but it is all about hopes. If you lose hopes then no strength will support you. Hoping well for tomorrow is the energy behind your muscles. Come on, if you take this energy out then what will remain to fight. Wake up; this is not your place. When we learn to use our smile to fight with problems then everything will be fine. 

Believe in one thing, nature supports our efforts always, no matter who we are. Results may delay, but when it comes we feel it worth a lot more than we expected.

Exactly, never lose hope even in the worst situations, life is too short to worry about the things that are not in our control. However, our mind and body can be controlled by us. Take charge of them and do the hell work, definitely, success will be yours. You'll, definitely, get more than what you have expected.

Positive thoughts When we think about our plans. Some doubts or questions will remain in our minds. 
Whether I will be safe with my plans? Is this work?
I don’t know it fills my expectation or not? If not what can I do?
Imagine, we have two choices in front of us and both are equally important to us. But we have to pick one out of them, and then what will be our next move. 
Of course, we must assume both the positive and negative sides of each choice to make a good decision. But this is not the end and our approach towards our decision matters a lot. Again our consistent work can only convince us that, “we took a good decision”.
From the choice to work, every stage is important. But many problems and distractions avoid us to complete our work. Then, what we can do?

Limitless Fear for trying new things is naturally, but one day you will realize doing nothing was the worst decision you took. Every action will give you results that may be good or bad but, if you stop doing actions then there will be no results. Something is better than nothing that can be our mistakes as well.
Try to see the gap between accepting mistakes and avoiding them. Accepting mistakes can help you to optimize your work, this may be a progressive but avoiding mistakes can harm you. It is a boundary created by yourself to stop your growth. 
If you stop accepting mistakes by the fear of your identity then you will be safe for today but upcoming days will bring you a big disaster. Why stick for some identity if it is not giving you the comfort and the happy life you expect. Change is the basic nature of every human being. Only change can give us joy because change explores us to new things, and we love that. Trust me; it will give us a stronger identity than the previous one.

Comparison is not required when their is uniqueness. Absolutely, somebody will be more knowledgeable than me, somebody will be more handsome or beautiful than me and somebody will be stronger than me. These are all applies to that person also, what we are comparing with ourselves.
